Tai Chi is a combatant of stress. It reduces tension in the body creating calm and balance. Tai Chi is a graceful and gentle form of exercise that is best defined as meditation in movement. By practicing the art of being in the moment one is able to join with the Tao (the way) and experience the energy within and surrounding us.

Juliet Jones has been teaching Tai Chi since 2007 and has been studying Tai Chi since 1999 bringing an impressive 19 years of experience to the table.
