Here’s the answer. A Wednesday morning class from 2-3pm that will help you breathe more easily, improve muscle tone and strength and give you that extra burst of energy you need to get through the day. Age immaterial.

A class that will take place indoors. Keep Fit for All is a controlled strength-conditioning class using resistance bands and weights, incorporating balance for fall prevention with co-ordination exercises for cognitive health and muscle memory.
